6. Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be stated at the point of purchase. If your item arrives damaged, please contact adelehowitt@hotmail.com within 7 days with photographs and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

As handmade ceramic artworks are made to order or one-of-a-kind, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.
